Low/Mid-tier US cruisers are difficult to play. Also, once you have replays enabled you can send a couple to LordZath for a personalized review of your play along with advice on where you can improve (and of course watch his videos on YouTube). Flamu is also a good YouTuber to watch, particularly for his ship-specific build videos (although I'm sure his videos on low tier US cruisers will be outdated by now, the general advice still applies). ![]() He's very knowledgeable in Warships and is also quite good about interacting with his chat. Training Room doesn't use up camos or signals. In addition to the resources mentioned above, check out Mejash's Twitch stream. Oh and a final note, use training room against inactive bots to test ships. If the enemy is angled, you will bounc unless you overmatch their bow/stern.įor Amagi that's most CAs in the game and most T6-7 BBs. If I'm playing an inaccurate one or my target is actively manoeuvring then I'll aim a tiny bit higher. Generally if I am in an accurate BB vsing a flat broadside target, I'll aim waterline. KM (German) BBs have turtlebacks so even flat broadside, at best you will get pens, in some conditions MN (French) BBs and even some odd ones like Amagi have turtlebacks (less effective ones) so it can be hard to citadel them too (at certain ranges and calibres). ![]() Click that, strip down different section with the different options to view the citadel. ![]() To view where it is on a ship, preview in port, on the RHS there is an 'armour layout' button (or worded similarly). It most depends on the target though, some are easy to citadel, some are almost impossible. At it's most basic, at the waterline on a flat broadside target between the last front turret and the first last turret.
